We started trading with figs grown in the fertile soil of Aydın in 1980, we took action for the sale of fresh fruits grown in the same region in 2009 and we launched the most modern fresh processing facility in the Aegean region.

Aydın region is the most important center of agricultural production in the 35 km lane between Umurlu, Köşk, Sultanhisar, Atça, with a 65,000-ton strawberry cultivation on 12,000 decares of land, 25,000-ton chestnut cultivation on Nazilli, Beydağ, Ödemiş mountain slopes, and fig production in the first place in the world.
In 2014, when we visited our Italian customer’s factory with whom we have been doing business for more than 20 years, We decided to establish İNSUS is Turkey’s first and only chestnut peeling and freezing factory with our Italian customer’s guidance and technical support. For a short time, we added IQF line and peeling line to finish daily 20 tons of fresh chestnut production requested by Italian company. We live its rightful pride by being the only company serving the chestnut industry in Turkey.
Some time ago, attempts to supply strawberries to the industrialist about the amount of strawberries that could not be evaluated in the domestic market and exports had started in the Region. First, strawberries were taken to the industrialist after stem cut, then strawberries was started to be sent after block shocking. With our investments in our IQF line established for frozen chestnuts, it was inevitable to freeze the berries and other fruits grown in the region under higher quality and hygienic conditions.
In our journey we have started by combining 35 years of fresh strawberry and chestnut agriculture and sales experience, industrialist identities and export experiences that started many years ago, today İNSUS purchases the freshest fruits grown especially in Aydın region and delivers them to the final producer, after froze them in hygienic and complete food safety factory.
